100% Albariño from Meaño, an area considered to be the cradle of Albariño wine. In the heart of the Salnés Valley, this special area of northwest Spain is known for these wonderful white wines. Straw yellow color with hints of green in the rim, this wine has fruit, floral and herbaceous notes. Very fresh flavors balanced by lively acidity giving a crisp, attractive taste, good body and a pleasant aroma on the palate. A varietal character that is elegant and persistent. This Albariño is perfect for sushi, fish, seafood, tempura, pasta, risotto and white meats.

100% Sauvignon Blanc from Central Tupungato in the Uco Valley. Through a process we call “spring pruning” we are able to delay the harvest by one month and pick the grapes under cooler conditions. As a consequence, grapes enjoy a slower and extended ripening period and achieve higher concentration of aromas and flavors that otherwise would be lost due to the high summer temperatures. All Doña Paula vineyards and wines have always been managed using Sustainable Agriculture practices.
WARRE'S FINE WHITE PORTO, PORTUGAL OUR PRICE $12.99
REFRESHING WHITE PORT (YES, WHITE PORT) FROM DOURO VALLEY, PORTUGAL...The grapes used in the production of Warre’s Fine White are a blend of traditional Portuguese varieties from the Douro Valley, such as Arinto, Códega, Malvasia Fina, Rabigato, and Viosinho. Warre’s Fine White under-goes fermentation with natural yeast at between 24-28ºc. Once the must has fermented to the desired degree of sweetness (usually within 48 hours), fortification takes place with grape brandy at 77% v/v (generally 80% must / 20% brandy). Aged in oak casks for an average of 3 years, and is bottled when ready to drink. Pale straw color, smooth and delicate nose, fruity palate with a long and crisp finish. Unlike most red port wines, the Fine White does not need decanting. The wine is ready to drink when bottled, but will maintain its quality in bottle. Makes an excellent aperitif when served chilled or poolside with tonic water and a slice of lemon.

RED FROM SPAIN...Produced in the north east of Spain close to the Mediterranean Sea and the Pyrenees. Red with violet tones. Notes of small red fruits, spices, toasty notes and peat. Well structured, enveloping and lasting in the mouth.

100% Malbec from Finca El Alto, the largest single vineyard malbec planted in Luján de Cuyo region. This wine is aged in French Oak for eight months before bottling. Intense violet color, plums, black cherries, licorice and dried herbs basket aromas in the nose. Sweet, round and ample in the mouth with a lingering finish. All Doña Paula vineyards and wines have always been managed using Sustainable Agriculture practices.
2006 ALTANO DOURO RESERVA, PORTUGAL OUR PRICE $20.99
80% Touriga Franca 20% Touriga Nacional. Sourced from the Symington Family in Northern Portugal, the grapes from these estates carrying the highest Douro classification, Letter ‘A’. Aged for ten months in American Oak, this wine can be enjoyed now, but will age nicely for the next few years.
