PFALZ. Villa Wolf Pinot Gris is made in a full-bodied, dry style that will appeal to anyone seeking a fresh, unoaked, food-friendly alternative. Half of each vintage is made in large, neutral oak casks for depth and complexity. The other half is made in stainless steel to preserve freshness and enhance the vibrant fruit.

NAHE. The XV stands for the amount of residual sugar - 15g. This is a light Riesling that is very fresh and fruity with great balance and nice acidity. It would be a lovely accompaniment to spicy dishes - think Asian food.
