Crafted in the classic off-dry style, the 2007 Riesling begins with a vivid bouquet of honeysuckle, Anjou pear, and honeydew melon are abundant on the nose. The flavors follow through on the promise of the aromatics...a subtle sweetness is balanced by crisp acidity into a rich, lingering finish. Residgual Sugar 2.60%
2008 SERGIO MOTTURA GRECHETTO UMBRIA ITALY OUR PRICE $15.99
100% Organic Grechetto grapes...This IGT wine is primarily produced from the seven hectare Poggio della Costa vineyard, located in the county of Civitella d'Agliano. Planted in 1970, the clay dominated soils of this east facing vineyard lie at about 400 feet. A cool, slow stainless steel fermentation is followed by aging on the lees until the following spring. The rich aromatics and full-bodied aspects of the Grechetto grape are wonderfully captured in this wine.

Has flavors of wild cherry, raspberry, dark chocolate and cedar. In the mouth, the wine has weight and long, soft tannins. This wine was made with grapes grown by sustainable farming methods.
