TRAVERSO'S SANTA ROSA JUNIOR COLLEGE SHONE FARM WINE TASTING THIS SATURDAY JULY 10 IN-STORE NOON TO 3PM
The Santa Rosa Junior College's Shone Farm serves primarily as an outdoor laboratory site for agriculture and natural resource classes. A full complement of farm equipment exists on the farm for use by the staff and students. In addition to organic produce (which will be on hand this Saturday) the farm produces Estate Grown and Bottled Wine. Three different wines are available to taste and buy this Saturday only. Limited quantities available. Winemaker Chris Wills will be on hand to discuss each wine. Support local agriculture and education. Proceeds from the sale of these sustainably farmed wines support the SRJC's wine instructional programs.
